Booking Fee

A non-refundable price is paid when booking your service. If you can’t honor our booked appointment, you can contact me up to 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule an appointment. Each appointment can be rescheduled twice by you the client and if you can’t make the 3rd appointment the booking will be nullified and the payment non-refundable.

Turnaround Times

I will aim to provide you with a Personalized Style Guide within 1 week of our Style session.

Shopping

All suggested shopping items are to be bought by you the client and paid by yourself. It is excluded in the service agreement with Style with Lize. I will do my best to provide you with an unbiased selection of good quality products in a shopping list but am by no means responsible for any defects or unsatisfactory fit or quality of garments. Any clothing and accessory purchases are a legal agreement between you the client, and the retailer of your choice.

Copyright of Personalized style file and Branding

They remain the property of the Style with Lize. Images shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, published, or otherwise circulated in any form.

License

Style with Lize shall be granted a complete artistic license in collaboration with the client. This is in relation to the creative process being used in developing a style strategy and providing creative solutions. The client understands that this is a subjective creative process and though I’ll give my best in understanding the goals of the client, I have no control over the outcomes as this is a collaboration between the client and myself.

Cancellation

The client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to the Style with Lize but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid.

Force Majeure or Act of God

The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control.

Display

The client hereby allows Style with Lize to use any images included in this contract on her website/blog, in her social media, in her studio, her portfolio, and for exhibitions or advertising. If the client does not feel comfortable with this, the client’s face will not be displayed on any images.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of a total styling failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Complaints

Any complaints should be raised by the client with Style with Lize in writing within 28 days of receipt of the service.

When booking styling services through Style with Lize you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
